IMPORTANT: Due to IAS visitor housing renovations, no on-campus housing will be available from August 1, 2025 through approximately February 19, 2026.  Off campus accommodations may be requested. Note that, should your travel plans change, it is your responsibility to notify us so that any hotel reservations can be adjusted.  Please note the hotel's cancellation/change policy in your hotel confirmation email.

Please note the name, relationship, and age(if a minor) of each additional guest. Keep in mind that costs for additional guest are not usually covered by IAS and the extra accommodations may or may not be available. Speak with the academic assistant arranging your visit for details.
